When a car crash results in fatalities, it is common for many questions to arise in the aftermath. Law enforcement officers may have questions regarding what took place, and their investigations can often help them gain answers. Family members of the deceased victims may have questions about what actions they could take in hopes of seeking justice and compensation for the outcomes of such car accidents.

There were at least four people in the southbound vehicle and at least three people in the northbound vehicle. It was also noted that a third vehicle was somehow also involved in the incident but not in the crash itself.

The collision resulted in an 18-year-old woman and a 23-year-old woman suffering fatal injuries. The older woman was eight months pregnant at the time of her death. The driver of the southbound vehicle was considered to be in critical condition, and another passenger suffered injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
