The families of three individuals in Connecticut are likely facing such struggles after a recent crash. Reports stated that only one vehicle was involved in the incident, and there were at least four occupants in the car at the time. Apparently, the vehicle was traveling on I-91 when it left the road and went into the grass on the right side. The car then collided with a tree. It also reportedly rolled over at some point.

The incident resulted in three passengers in the vehicle suffering fatal injuries. The driver of the car was reported as being a 20-year-old man, and he was taken to an area hospital with injuries that were not considered life threatening. There were no mentions of whether criminal charges had been filed in relation to the accident.

Some of those questions may relate to how they could potentially seek justice and compensation for their losses and other damages. Information on filing wrongful death claims against the driver considered at fault could help them determine whether taking such action could suit their needs.
